Let me first tell you a little about me.

Former Fashion buyer, I have always worked in the Fashion industry.

I consider style as a powerful tool to express who we are.

When I was younger, I could spend hours in the streets of Paris studying people's outfits, trying to figure out what made people turn heads.

That's why I thought style was fun for everyone.

I was wrong!

Listening to hundreds of women complain about their relationship with clothes made me realize that dressing for work is a daily struggle.

MY APPROACH

I combine my expertise in Styling with my deep interest in Women's Personal development

In business, the clothes you wear have a massive impact on whether you are seen as a leader in your field or not.

No matter the occasion, you need to look on-brand all the time.

But it can be really time draining, money draining and create a lot of insecurity and frustration!

So I launched my company INTRINSIC in 2016, and created a unique method that combines personal style, branding techniques and personal development to help global female founders seeking to command rooms, establish a strong brand presence and make an impact in the business world, to build an authentic, strategic and profitable personal style strategy.

Over the years, my method has helped hundreds of women to achieve career success and I am proud to have made a difference in the professional lives of extraordinary women around the world!

With my deep dislike for shopping, Isaüra simplified my complex life by teaching me which clothing styles suited me and by indicating "seasonal must have" wardrobe pieces and accessories.
